How I would spend my winnings from Megalotto: If I actually make bets

It's been weeks after the megamillion controversy hit the public's TV screen and the people's attention centered on Mirlande Wilson, a Maryland McDonald's crew who said that she bought the winning ticket alone and not a part of the tickets bought by her colleagues in the store. Of course, the other service crews were astounded and enraged to know of Wilson's claim. But as it turns out, it was all a hoax and Wilson never bothered to look for the “winning ticket” she said was left around the house.

As an individual who aims to win the Megalotto even just once, I can't believe that such person would even dare to pull out a stunt like that. Working early to support my family and finishing my studies, essay essayer, and projects, I've seen my parents saving money just to purchase a ticket. If I actually make bets, here's what I'm going to do if I won the megamillion lotto:

  1. Give an amount to the church as a thank you.

  2. Pay up our house's monthly bills and all of our debts.

  3. Buy a sumptous meal for my family every night.

  4. Pay for a shopping-spree day for the whole family.

  5. Save money in the bank for future needs.

  6. Put some in investments and also for the tuition of my siblings.

  7. Provide a healthy life for my parents and siblings.

Titanic: The Film That Captivated Me

When I was a child, I watched the film Titanic along with my parents and siblings.Completely unaware of love, tragedy, and drama, I fell in love with the film more and more as I discover the beauty of the original story and the whole plot. This is the first time that I'll be writing a post about it and I do hope I present it beautifully.

In the 1997 film directed, produced, and written by James Cameron, the fictional love story of the Titanic passengers Jack Dawson and Rose DeWitt Bukater was very much highlighted. Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet played the leading roles of the young lovers and gained worldwide recognition instantly. The film earned almost $1.8 billion and is the highest-grossing film of all time until Avatar took its place.

Since I know that you have watched it a few times already like I did, I will just tell you what I liked about the movie similar to the college papers I've passed when I was still a student.

-A tragic tale of a couple who found love in the ship and separated by death, that is one of the memories I have from watching the film.

-Although I find it funny realizing that the love story of Jack and Rose was fictional just now, I honestly would want to believe that it was true because it felt so real.

-The film deserved to reach the billion mark for ticket sales because it's an excellent film that should be watched by students for a movie review.

-I maybe bias but Titanic has the most beautiful story plot when it comes to love and tragedy.

Titanic, a film worthy to be watched and reviewed over and over again.

To Westlife: Why a Farewell Tour?

Backstreet Boys,'N Sync, New Kids on the Block, 98 Degrees, Boyz II Men, and Westlife were all popular boy bands that debuted in the mainstream and received stardom success from all over the world. From teenage girls to adult fans, these boys received so much love and knows how to handle their popularity.

As we all know, boy bands are a constant fix in the international music scene. Many bands came from different parts of the world, practiced and worked hard before their debut, and came on strong in the center stage. But not all boy bands were lucky to receive the popularity and fame they're eyeing to get. And yet, one Irish boy band seemed to surpass them all and became one of the longest-performing boy bands in the world until this year.

Westlife, originally consisted of five members: Shane Filan, Kian Egan, Mark Feehily, Brian McFadden, and Nicky Byrne who hit the U.S. music mainstream through their single, “Swear It Again.” Although some would put it that they never made it longer in the U.S., I still believe that they did.

Westlife is one Irish boy band who sang worthy songs and inspired me when feeling down. I even had a full essay writing services on one of their songs, “Unbreakable” because of the beautiful message it gives. But as we all know since last year, the group decided to disband officially. It was Brian McFadden who left the band in 2004 but the group stood strong and been performing for the last decade. But probably due to personal reasons, they can't continue on forever serenading fans.

As an avid follower and fan, I was quite sad and emotional to think that the band I love the most would quit performing professionally. And although they may give performances occasionally, it's still different when they're disbanded already. I'm sure the “Farewell Tour” would be a great hit and they will forever remain in the hearts of their million followers.

Thank you for the music, Westlife!

Life is simple and unpredictable. Enjoy the things you love and want while you can. Worry about tomorrow but cherish today.
